At T-REXecom we will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes it may not be the right thing for you. We have made our return policy as easy as possible.
Within 30 Days: Web Purchases (not including Done-For-You-Stores or Mega Stores) may be returned in accordance with this policy by contacting 1-866-412-5064 within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable: Refunds cannot be granted after thirty (30) days.
T-REXecom Monthly Membership Fees: Only the last monthly membership charge is refundable.
T-REXecom Done-For-You and Mega Stores: Done-For-You and Mega Stores are refundable up to three (3) days after purchase. Done-For-You and Mega Stores require a lot of work to create. Once the store is built and set up live, no refunds are provided.
Refund Method for Returns with Original Receipt: Your refund will be credited back to the same Credit Card or Debit Card. Cash refunds are not available.
T-REXecom reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
T-REXecom does not accept liability for the purchase, use or return of T-REXecom products beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for product not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business or for lost or corrupted data or software, or the provision of services and support. T-REXecom will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, T-REXecom is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the amount invoiced for the applicable product. Some jurisdictions may not enforce all of these limitations, and only the limitations that are lawfully applied to you in your jurisdiction will apply.
